Quality Assurance department, which performs quality control and quality assurance, is independent from production department and R&D department.
This independency makes it possible to perform objective and strict quality inspection and quality assurance from the user’s perspective.
-Providing high quality products to customers
In order to provide customers with high-quality products consistently, our quality control department performs raw material / material incoming inspection, bulk inspection, in-process inspection, product inspection at each process until one product is completed.
Only the products that pass the inspection at each process and meet the final release criteria are provided to customers.
In order to assure the safety of shipped products, we collect customer’s feedback and reflect them in the next product designs and developments.
We promptly respond to product complaints and study the cause and construct preventive measures.
We continuously work to improve quality assurance by enhancing inspection equipment, improving efficiency through our in-house computer system and network, and conducting external, internal and supply chain audits regularly. We aim for a higher quality assurance system everyday.
In order to meet not only the quality requirements for cosmetics in Japan, such as the cosmetic GMP (ISO22716) which is a self-imposed standard for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and Japan Cosmetic Industry Association, but also other global requirements, our quality control and quality assurance is operated by more than 150 members.
