We are a cosmetics contract manufacturing company with full-scale development functions, having six R&D laboratories in Japan: Osaka, Kashiwara and Yao City in Osaka, Unnan City (Izumo) in Shimane, and Yokohama City in Kanagawa.
Furthermore, we have a research team at Kolmar Cosmetics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., which is located in Suzhou, China, to develop new products and exchange information on overseas laws and regulations, and create excellent new innovation in line with diversifying consumer needs. We are launching new products one after another into the domestic and overseas cosmetics markets.
We have built our database of cosmetic development through our history of over 100 years.
130 experts specialized in cosmetic development work in quick collaboration with the sales department and create new formulas equivalent to 800-1,000 SKU per year. 90% of our products are commercialized based on our in-house formula.
For domestic customers in Japan, we can also support for the application of cosmetic license required under the new Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. Our services cover an entire process of commercialization.

We have a variety of original raw materials. We can also develop an exclusive raw material for you.
We develop cosmetics and original ingredients based on scientific evidence. We can provide various efficacy and safety evaluation tests that can objectively measure effects on your skin. In order to ensure the safety of our products, we have set our own standard for raw material selection and judge the quality and safety of each single raw material.
